Our team of Instructors are dedicated to making sure you have a fantastic team building day with a difference! Whether you chose to work together or compete against each other, our mission is to spur you on, keep you focused on achieving your goal and of course, keep you safe!

Our Team

Whichever setting you choose to hold your fun group activities, you are guaranteed to have a great time with one of our enthusiastic and knowledgeable Instructors. Using our expertise we will run your team building event from start to finish, from guiding you through the building process, answering your animal-related questions, showing you how to safely drill that hole to keeping everyone involved.  You really won't have taken part in any group activities for adults like this!

Chris Hales - Instructor

Chris has worked with wild animals for 17 years. His expertise lies in designing and building devices for animals large and small. His incredible enthusiasm and friendly attitude means Chris is in a great position to give you and your team a fantastic day to remember.

Hannah Jenkins - Assistant instructor

Hannah first met lead instructors Mark and Chris during one of their student courses.  This soon developed into Hannah helping with another course, and then onto Team Building workshops when the numbers require an extra instructor.  Her enthusiasm, skills and personable nature make her an amazing asset.

Holly Cole - Assistant instructor

Holly has been working with Team Building with Bite for the last couple of years, helping with student courses, as well as Team Building days and conferences in different locations.

Mark Kingston Jones - Instructor

Mark has a psychology background and has worked in the animal welfare field for 12 years. Ensuring you have a great day is his priority, and liaising between keepers and clients to create devices to improve animal welfare, while providing a great team building activity for you and your group is his speciality.
